How can a company change its articles of association and kind of procedures it must follow to do that?

You can change the articles of association if you get 75% of the shareholders votes which is also called a special resolution.

You need a special or extraordinary resolution to change the articles of association. A special resolution required more than 75% of the votes while an ordinary resolution is simple majority (>50%).
